Learning Activities Checklist
___ 1. READ The performance objectives and the enabling Objectives of the learning package.
___ 2. VIEW Available and relevant video tape to have an overview of the task addressed to the
learning package.
___ 3. READ The related instructional materials which provide the important related
facts, theories, principles, graphical or calculations necessary to perform the task or
competency addressed to this learning package.
___ 4. DO the progress checks or Assignments which include test questions addressed
to the related knowledge requirements of the task or competency in this Learning
Package.
___ 5. CHECK Your answers to the Progress Checks or Review Questions or Assignments
against the answer key. (See your instructor for the answer key). If you did not score at
least 85% repeat step 2 through 4.
___ 6. DO The Practical Exercise or Progress Checks or Assignments to master the
required manipulative skills with in the task or competency. Ask for the assistance
of your instructor whenever needed to facilitate your learning process.
___ 7. IF You feel you have mastered the basic skills required to perform the task
addressed to this Learning Package, see your instructor for the Performance Test
and the work material, tools, etc. you will need.
___ 8. TAKE The Performance Test in the presence of your instructor . If your work is
ready for checking, call your instructor to evaluate and rate your performance.
___ 9. IF You passed the Performance Test your instructor will advise you to complete
your next Learning Package or be advised to practice further on the skills you
scored quite low. He will also rate and record your performance.
