    Child B, a 14-year-old male student, was admitted to the hospital on January 19th, 2019 with chief complaints of right shoulder pain following a traffic accident where he was riding a motorcycle without a helmet at high speed. On examination, he had deformity, swelling, and tenderness of the right shoulder region with limited range of motion due to pain. X-rays showed a closed fracture of the 1/3 medial right clavicle. His treatment plan included IV fluids, antibiotics, analgesics, an H2 blocker, immobilization, and consultation with an orthopedic surgeon.

    Chief Complain : Pain at the right shoulder


    Anamnesis :Suffered since 1 hours ago after traffic accident
    Mechanism of trauma :
    The patient was ride a motorcycle with high speed and was not use a helmet. Other mechanism
    unknown.
    History of trauma
     There was no history of syncope, nausea and vomiting
     There were no history of bleeding from nose, ears, and mouth
     There were no history alcohol and drugs consumption
     There was no history treatment
