Definitions
• Sensible heat (hf) : It is defined as the
amount of heat required to raise the
temperature of 1 kg of water from 00C to
the saturation temperature Tsat °C at a
given constant pressure.
• Saturation temperature( Tsat): It is
defined as the temperature at which the
water begins to boil at the stated pressure
