A 13-year-old female presented with swelling in her left knee for the past 3 months. The swelling began small but increased significantly in size, accompanied by pain and burning. Her weight had decreased as well. She reported left knee pain for the past 6 months prior to the swelling. On examination, the left knee was swollen, hard, tender, and limited range of motion. Differential diagnoses included osteosarcoma, Ewing's sarcoma, and chondrosarcoma. The assessment was suspected primary bone malignancy or osteosarcoma of the left knee region. The planned treatment was laboratory tests, imaging, analgesics, and possible amputation.

since 3 months ago Clinical History Since 3 months ago, the patient complained of swelling in her left knee. Initially swollen as big as chicken eggs, it grew bigger and bigger.
