CHIEF COMPLAINT
 She came to the hospital because of pain in her left thigh
CLINICAL HISTORY
 1 month before came to the hospital she had a single motorcycle
accident
 When she want to get off from her motorcycle her skirt was get
caught in footstep on the motorcycle
 The motorcycle has already stop when she want to get off, she
raised her right leg first, and when she want to raised her left leg
her skirt was get caught which make her fell in her left leg
 After accident she still can stand up but need a support and she
feel pain in her left thigh
 Before came to the hospital she already went to shaman and get
massage 4 times, once a week
