      Tolerance for new seam less pipe is 12.5

    This mean it can be 12.5 thinner that what is listed in pipe schedule or, the
    pipe has to be at least 87.5 as thickness as the nominal thickness.

    This mean it can be 0.010” thinner that what is listed in pipe schedule. This
    is much easy to calculate.
