Create serial no. in IQ01. Click on equipment view & save it. Serial no.
gets generated.

Create sales order with standard order type OR

Create delivery & assign the serial no. which we have created to the
material & do the PGI. Then create invoice.

3. Service quotation for contract

Once sales process is finished & when customer request for service
contract. Create service quotation for contract.

4. Service processing

Create notification in IW51 & assign service contract which is already


created. Save it.

Go to IW52 & click on service order icon to create service order. Put
required details & continue to create service order
