Create serial no. in IQ01. Click on equipment view & save it. Serial no.
gets generated.
Create delivery & assign the serial no. which we have created to the
material & do the PGI. Then create invoice.
Once sales process is finished & when customer request for service
contract. Create service quotation for contract.
Quotation type used ‘UI’
Go to IW52 & click on service order icon to create service order. Put
required details & continue to create service order
Put the cost & save it. Once service is complete, TECO the order.
