PREPARATION

First peel two bananas and cuin into pieces, afther this
agregalos to the blender, then add two cups of milk, a
teaspoon of vanilla a spoonful of cinnamon powder .
Finally blend well and serve

 Ingredientes :
 4 chicken breast fillets
 4 slices of cheese
 4 slices of ham
 ½ cup chicken broth
 Bread crumb
 Egg
 Sticks
PREPARATION

 First, it accommodates a slice of cheese and ham on
the chicken breast fillet, then rolled or foded in half
and secured with chopsticks. Second in a bowl whisk
an egg and in another bowl add the flour or bread
crumb, to make the breaded, then made salt and
pepper to taste.
 Afther this in a pan with oil well hot, fry the rolls on
both sides until golden brown. Finally drain the
excess oil and serves
