 RICE WITH COCONUT
INGREDIENTS
(For six servings)

2 points of white rice

50 ml sunflower oil
1 coconut peled and
grated
1 cup or can of coconut
milk
1/2 tsp minced garlic or
garlic paste (Optional)
3 pints of water
 Preparation

1. In a medium pot put the water, add some

ingredients such as coconut milk to boil
and a little salt.
2. Wash the rice, drain it in a sieve and then
add it to the water, along with the oil and
garlic.
3. Let it cook over medium heat until it
dries a little in any pot.
4. Add the grated coconut.
5. Then stir it and add another two
tablespoons of oil, this will help the rice to
stay full.
6. Leave it for 5 minutes more at low heat,
then turn off and put the lid so that it suds a
little and maintains the desired consistency.
7. Serve on a plate with banana and sweaty
meat or fish.
