Mrs. D, 48 years old with a medical diagnosis of CA. CERVIX Stage IIIb.
She entered Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital with bleeding complaints ± 2 days accompanied by pain in the
abdomen to the hips. After anamnesis was obtained complaints of pain patients in the abdominal area to the hips
with the intensity of pain scale 8.
Before knowing the patient is diagnosed with Ca.Serviks, every time having sex with her husband always
draws blood from her vagina, and it has been experienced for around 2 years. Because the patient feels
uncomfortable, the patient goes to the Puskesmas to do a PA examination and the results of the patient are
positive for Ca.Serviks. During the diagnosis Ca.Serviks patient and her husband never had sexual
relations again.
Objektif :
The patient had undergone PA (Anatomical
Pathology) examination in January 2018 with Treatment history :
a positive result of Ca. Cervix. Examination Radiation has been carried out 38 times
of the abdomen was obtained, 10x / minute Have been chemotherapy 5 times
bowel sounds, pain when palpated.
Therapy :
Fluid of 0.9% / 20Tpm NaCl infusion
