What Does it do to or systems?
DIGESTIVE SYSTEM:
Sleep deprivation is another risk factor for becoming overweight and
obese. Sleep affects the levels of two hormones, leptin and ghrelin,
which control feelings of hunger and fullness. Leptin tells your
brain that you’ve had enough to eat. Without enough sleep, your
brain reduces leptin and raises ghrelin, which is an appetite
stimulant. Thus it affects our food intake then Sleep deprivation also
prompts your body to release higher levels of insulin after you eat.
Insulin controls your blood sugar level.Higher insulin levels promote
fat storage and increase your risk for type 2 diabetes.
Methodology means the procedure we
adopt to perform specific task.
In our project we use Survey Method.
Why use Survey Method?
It allow researchers to collect a large
amount of data in relatively short time.
It can be created quickly and
administered easily.
To collect information on a broad range
of things, including personal facts,
attitude, past behaviors and opinion.
It is less expensive than other method
of data collection.

to gather information about individuals.
