• The machinery used by the firm gives many
defective products which hinders the flow of
production, firm need to invest in machinery and

• More monitory safety measures are to be introduced by

the organization for the worker as the work is very risky.
• Cooling and ducting system must be there in the premise as
the area of production gets very warm due to heat
produced by machines in the organization.
• Firm should focus on sustainable development during the
production.
• Supply of electricity should be through solar plates, firm is
still use the government supply of electricity. Must install
the solar panels.

 CASE STUDY
The study conducted at KHANDELWAL, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN which does
manufacturing of wires in Jaipur, helped in getting a wider overview about
the business environment and managing an organization.

It was a general study regarding manufacturing process of KHANDELWAL.

The company has four functional departments through which it was
operating. It is found that company has a good working environment and
healthy relationship is maintained between all departments for the smooth
functioning and achievement of the organizational goal to maintain the
company’s goodwill among the dealers and customers.
Production has been done by advance machinery to reduce the production
cost. All the products are upto the mark. Co. is focusing towards maintaining
the quality of products even during this recession period. This has helped
the company to search alternative ways for maintaining the demand and to
survive in competitive market.
