Objective:
• To analyze the capacity utilization of Rajdhanis plying between Delhi –Mumbai.
• To compare their performance vis-à-vis Airlines
• To identify service offerings that can enhance the current value delivery.

Why?
• There is a general perception that we are losing traffic to the airline sector.
• Rajdhanis in the sector are not running in their full capacity.
• There is a scope to add value to the current service offering

• Potential ways to address the under-utilization of Rajdhanis in the sector.
• Enriching the marketing strategy to reposition Rajdhanis as the preferred mode of travel.
