• This research is based on data collected from

SUGGESION AND
RECOMMENDATION
• HCL i.e. Tanberg VC system was 2nd in Market position, still
they are way behind next rival i.e. Polycom. Company should
take some positive action against it.
• Company must have very aggressive integrated marketing
policy, as people are still unaware of video conferencing
communication.
• Proper attention should be paid for advertisement planning
otherwise it may lead to problem for customer as well as for
company.
• There is need to create strong consumer care system, which
can lead to more & more customer satisfaction.
•  Company should tie up with some event management
company to organize various promotional activities like
canopy, Carnival.
CONCLUSION
• This was a great opportunity for me to work on live
environment and apply the theoretical knowledge learned in
a classroom.
• I could utilize this opportunity as corporate interface.
• The work assigned to me was really challenging, as I have to
generate the leads of customer which may turn up in to
prospect.
• This project gave me true knowledge of untapped
communication system market.
• The future of communication will be changed by video
conferencing.
