MIX PROPORTION CHOSEN

 The concrete mix of M25 is selected for the investigation.

 In each mix 4 cubes & 4 cylinders were cast and all are tested for 7
days,24 days and 28 days strengths. The mixing of concrete was carried
out by hand mixing.

3/30/2019 7
QUANTITY OF MATERIALS

 The quantity of materials are calculated with respect to M-25 mix

proportion.
 And 0.45 water cement ratio is used.

For each cubes

EXPECTED OUTCOME.
 Increase in Compressive Strength of Concrete by use of Copper Slag
when compared to conventional concrete.

 Improvement in the split tensile Strength Characteristic of the concrete

after replacing the fine aggregate partially by Copper Slag.
