Executive summary
• THE COMPANY
• Trisect bottles is an Ahmedabad based company manufacturing
sectionalized bottles. The market is untapped and requires a new
product for the required customers.
• THE TARGET MARKET
• The target market would be gym trainers and gym trainees and
students who would get to enjoy different liquids or drinks from a
single bottle.
• THE VISION
• Vision of our company is to provide easy solution for customers carry
different bottles for different drinks.
• IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY AND SOLUTION
• An essential problem confronting people having different types of
drinks in a single day has to carry various bottles for different drinks,
so here comes our product into the picture by offering a solution for
their problems by using a single bottle for different drinks.
• TEAM
• The entrepreneurial team consists of Hit vaghela, CEO.
• Dhruv siddhpura, director of marketing and business
development. Surbhi solanki, director of strategy. Kausha
raithatha, director of finance. The team members know
each other and are aware of the market conditions in the
existing area.
• FINANCE
• Each member of the team will invest ₹3,00,000 from
personal savings. So the total will be 12 lakh and rest
would be taken from banks on loan.
Business concept

• Our company offers a typical solution to the customers


interested in enjoying various types of drinks in a single
bottles rather than carrying multiple bottles for each drink.
This product fulfills the needs of teenagers, adults and
who are addicted to cold-drinks and along with them they
can also enjoy some healthy drinks. At initial stage we
start at local area like Ahmedabad and then we expand
our business as per need.
Business strategy

• Our strategy would be first to gain some name in market


by organizing various campaigns in gyms and near school
areas. For kids we would target their parents and make
them understand the use of this product how it could help
their kids be healthy. For gym persons we would introduce
the product as a advantage to their training in terms of
keeping them hydrated by various drinks.
• After some market gain we would give some freeaway
goodies to the target customers so that people get to
know the existence of the product in the market.
Management summary
• Hit vaghela
Hit vaghela is a first generation entrepreneur and the CEO of trisect bottles. He
has studied electrical engineering from Indus University, Ahmedabad and MBA
in marketing from som lalit Ahmedabad. He always wanted to start something
of his own so after in-depth market study. He convinced his all 3 other partners
to start the business.
• Dhruv siddhpura
Dhruv siddhpura comes from a business family running a transportation
business so has idea regarding running a business. In trisect bottles he is the
director of marketing and business development. He a BBA degree and has
studied MBA in marketing from som lalit Ahmedabad.
• Kausha raithatha
Kausha raithatha is an entrepreneur before partnering in this business. She
runs a chocolate shop in Rajkot which sells homemade chocolates. She has
done bba and MBA in finance and has deep knowledge about financial work in
running a business. She is director of finance in trisect bottles.
• Surbhi solanki
Surbhi solanki has studied bba (IB), b.com, CS and MBA. She is the director of
strategy and operations. Her main task will be to run the operations and taking
care of the paperwork in the business.
Marketing plan
• The fortune of this business is mainly dependent upon the
marketing plan. This bottles are introducing a new differ
segment in the market the people doesn’t know about the
bottles. So the main motive during the initial phase is to
introduce the customers about the existence and
advantages of the product. The marketing would be done
by organising various campaigns and giving away free
goodies. Also advertisement would be done on print
media and social media. We are a start-up running on low
budget. So as the selling starts and revenue is generated
we would also start TV ads campaigns. Our target market
in initial phase is Ahmedabad district where there are
many gyms and schools so we would focus more on
these areas.
Operation plan

• We would first setup our financial capital and then start


acquiring land for the factory. Our factory would be
located in outskirts of Ahmedabad and the workforce or
labours would be from nearby villages. This also helps in
employing nearby villagers and helps them in generating
income. We require some experienced people in running
the factory efficiently having knowledge about the
machinery working. Transport facilities would be provided
to them for the employees coming from Ahmedabad.
Financial plan

• As per our calculation we require 50lakh in capital to start


the business. Out that 12lakh would be gathered by the
personal savings of all 4 partners. Rest would be taken as
loan from banks. We require 25lakh for land which would
be purchased on the outskirts of Ahmedabad. Machinery
would be taken on EMIs. 5lakh budget in to be allocated
for marketing. We plan aggressive marketing of the
product inspired from oppo and vivo smartphones. Rest
20lakh would be used for raw materials acquiring and
salary purpose of the employee’s until revenue starts
generating.
