Status • STEP 1: Notification of the ticket is forwarded to all the smart devices (alarm sound,vibration) • STEP 2: Click on the notification and open the ticket. • STEP 3: Click on accept. Line & • STEP 4: That TEF team member who accepted station the ticket will turn to red in mobile screen • STEP 5: Status of the ticket is changed to ACK pending in the smart device.
