How to login to Andon System?
• STEP 1: Enter the URL:
10.166.1.164:8080/AndonSystem/
• STEP 2:Enter username and password
• STEP 3:Click on sign in button.
• STEP 4: Andon system web application
page will open.
How to raise a ticket?
• STEP 1: Click on maintenance button.
• STEP 2: Select the station from the
dropdown.
• STEP 3: Select the machine breakdown
name.
• STEP 4:Click on the submit button.
• STEP 5: Ticket is raised in web page
application.

How to accept a ticket?
Status
• STEP 1: Notification of the ticket is forwarded to
all the smart devices (alarm sound,vibration)
• STEP 2: Click on the notification and open the
ticket.
• STEP 3: Click on accept.

• STEP 4: That TEF team member who accepted
station
the ticket will turn to red in mobile screen
• STEP 5: Status of the ticket is changed to ACK
pending in the smart device.

• STEP 6: Click on the ACK button to
acknowledge it.
• STEP 7:After being acknowledged, the
TEF indulges himself in resolving the
issue.
• STEP 8:The status of the ticket turns to
Containment Action(CA) Pending .
• STEP 9: Complete the work in line.
• STEP 10: Click on ticket and enter the
containment, click on submit button.
How to close a ticket?
• STEP 1: The status of the ticket is change to
MOE comment pending.
• STEP 2:Click on status type the close action
comment.
• STEP 3:Click on submit.
• STEP 4:Ticket will close.
