 Hiring intent in 2019 is expected to be strongest.
 After a gap of four years on the back of builish
employment opportunities in software & hardware.
 design and analytics jobs would be the most sought-
after ones in the overall set.
 TECH IN HR: CHANGING THE TALENT
MANAGEMENT LANDSCAPE
 Times Jobs recently surveyed more than 2,000 hiring
managers to understand how technology is improving
the HR function
 75% HR managers were supportive of using technology
in HR whereas, 25% of respondents are still
apprehensive about the benefits of using technology in
HR.
 Approximately 26% of employers feel that tech in HR has
improved the talent acquisition processes and 5% think
that it has reduced the overall costs associated with it.

Bengaluru pays the highest salaries in
India: Study
 Hardware & networking, software & IT services, and
IT sector, are the three highest paying industries in
India
 By city, Bengaluru pays the highest salaries - which
goes with the fact that technology industries pays
the most followed by Mumbai and Delhi.
 Ritesh Rana, vice president HR of Britannia, told TOI
that leading companies in the segment typically hire
from top-tier B-School.
