I would like to have a Sole-Ownership because It simply refers to a person who owns
the business and is personally responsible for its debts. Some benefits of being a Sole-
Owner is they require very little paperwork or legal documentation. Some
disadvantages would be you are personally liable for all debts and actions of the

 Service

The service we are providing are Facials,Haircuts,Makeup and

Aromatherapy Oils. We will be selling Essential oils and sprays that
are all natural all organic. We will provide free luxury makeovers for
first time customers. Serendipity Salon has their own all natural
makeup products, witch is so much better for your skin. Our prices
for our makeup range from 15$-35$ and our oils range from 30$-
40$ since they are Aveda body sprays and oils. Haircuts and styling
are based on how they look after and how much time it took.

● The employees I will be hiring will be 7 Hair Stylists who specialize in hair.
● I will hire 4 Makeup Artist who have been to beauty school.
● For the front desk I will hire two employee who have a great beautiful smile
and an outgoing personality. Their job will be to make appointments
answer the phone and ring up customers if they purchase any products.
Social Responsibility

A project my business will participate in is donating

a fourth of our proceedings towards breast cancer
awareness research. We will start an organization
to give back to those who are struggling with this
cancer. Locks of Love will allow a consumer to
donate their hair to make wigs for those who need
them. We would also start a fundraiser towards
Breast Cancer research.
Cost: Budget
A good start budget would be 600,500$ for a young business like mine
because this will allow me to get all the necessary products and
equipment i will need to be successful and grow. The building and land
would cost 300,000$ to fully build the building customly. The
hairdressing Equipment costs would be around 40,000$. The beauty
costs for our own custom organic brand would be 150,000$. Our sprays
and oils all together to get wold be 35,000$ to keep stocked. 50,000
max for our furniture and including a little waterfall. Our employees
would require monthly paychecks and the rest of the money would be
used to keep the business running.
Audience
Our targeted audience would be directed towards woman from the
ages 16-30 and for the older folks 40-55. Our Audience is very wide
and flexible. The younger Audience would love our makeup and
facials to stay looking young. The older audience would enjoy our
aromatherapy sprays and oils because they help you relax. Our
audience will have a luxury experience regardless. We just want what
is best for our customer. Our salon will be the place where you can
forget about your worries and just relax and come out a new person.
Advertising Plan

● How we will advertise our company is by our Grand Opening day, which will have Free facials to
draw in the customers.
● I will put ads on the internet and flyers all around town.
● Our catchy slogan is Be Bold, Be Daring, Be Simply Beautiful.
● We will mainly focus on Advertising on Social Media to reach out to our younger audiences.
● We would post pictures of our hairstyles we can do and our makeovers. Before and after pictures
mostly.
