INTRODUCTION;
 Everyone like to eat food especially junk food, fast
food, etc. but they don’t like to eat nutritious food.

 Junk food is a category of food which is made of


materials dangerous for health.

 Nutritious food contains all nutrition required by our


body like vitamins, minerals etc.
DON’T-S
 Don’t eat junk food, like,  Eating much junk food
burger, pizza. As it is can make you obese and
made up of oils which then you will suffer from
