• Basic Details for the Job
(Net Salary, duty hours, site detail, salary date, duty detail, shift detail, accommodation
(optional), PF benefit, ESIC benefit)
• Uniform Policy detail
(Required for S/G Rs 1500/- & for H/K Rs 1100/- for purchasing uniform. In special cases 50%
to be paid by candidate at joining & the rest amount will be deducted from 1st month salary
[keeping original doc])
• Basic Formalities
(Enrolment form, PF ESIC form, police verification form, showing or depositing necessary
original doc.)
• Advance Policy detail
(No advance in 1st 3 months, no advance within 15 days from last drawn salary, After taking
advance no advance for next 3 months, maxm. advance is 50% of earned wages verified by
seniors)
• Grooming detail
( basic standard – proper shaving, haircut, clean dress, complete uniform to wear etc.)
• Absenteeism
(Intimate seniors minimum 8 hrs of duty & taking the permission for leave)
