The Indomaret vs Alfamart fight was increasingly fierce considering that they
were not reluctant to fight directly. And we can often find where there is
Indomaret, there is Alfamart, and vice versa.

PT Indomarco Prismatama's Marketing Director, Wiwiek Yusuf accused

So far, more than nine thousand Indomaret outlets have
been established on the islands of Java, Bali, Madura,
Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Lombok. Each store provides
more than 4,800 types of food and daily necessities.

Meanwhile, until the end of December, Alfamart outlets throughout
Indonesia only recorded 8,557 units. The plan, PT Sumber Alfaria
Trijaya targets to add 1,000 Alfamart outlets this year.

 Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT), the owner of the Alfamart store
network, recorded a net profit of Rp 538.35 billion in 2013. The
company's profit rose 11.9% from the 2012 achievement of Rp
480.95 billion.
While PT Indomarco Prismatama, which operates Indomaret,
recorded a profit of Rp 471.124 billion in 2013. As of December
last year, Indomarco had assets of Rp 10.87 trillion.
