This Tire Sidewall Cutter is designed to cut tire sidewall off from old
Tires which no bigger than 1200mm in diameter, each time cut off
one tire sidewall only, and cut off one sidewall is better than cut off
two sidewalls for next step of using .
 Tire Strip Cutter


After cutting off one Tire Sidewall from tire tread by JYQQ-1200 Tire Sidewall
Cutter, you can use this Tire Cutting Machine to Cut Both Tire Sidewall and
Tire Tread into 3-5cm wide Tire Strips, only left Tire Bead, the reason why left
tire bead is because there are about a bunch of steel wires (10-20mm thick)
inside, it is better separate it out and sell directly at high price.
Tire Block Cutter

 In Tire Recycling Plant, after using JYQT-38 Tire Strip Cutting Machine(Tire
Strip Cutter) cut tires into tire strips, then can use this JYQK-45 Tire Cutting
Machine(Tire Block Cutter) to cut the tire strips into tire blocks. The reason
why cut into blocks is because tire blocks is much easier to be crushed by Tire
Block Crushing Line.
Tire Bead Separator(Tire Debeader)

 In Tire Recycling Plant, due to the Tire Bead is a bundle of 10-20mm thick
steel wire which is too thick and too hard, for protecting the Knives of Tire
Shredder or Tire Cutter, it is better to separate the tire bead out, this
machine is designed to do this job. And on other side, due to the Tire Bead
can be directly used to make spring and screen net, etc, is it is better to
separate out and sell directly at high price.
Crumb Rubber Machinery

 In Tire Recycling Plant, after making tires into tire blocks by tire cutter and
tire shredder, the tire blocks can be used for fuel or pyrolysis only, for further
using, require JYXKP series tire block crushing line(Crumb Rubber Machinery
or name it Rubber Powder Production Line) to crush tire blocks into rubber
powder, and remove steel wire and fiber, this machine is the right machine to
crush tire blocks into rubber powder and remove steel wire, for removing
fiber out, require add one JYXF-500 Fiber Separator.

 After processing by Tire Block Crushing Line, due to the steel wire has been
picked out, if only crushed steel radial tires, the rubber crumbs is pure, no
fiber in inside, but if crushed fiber tires or half-fiber tires also, there will be
some fly fiber in the rubber crumb, so require this JYXF-500 Fiber Separator
to pick fly fiber out from the rubber crumb.
