MISSION
 a short statement of an organization's purpose,
what its overall goal is, identifying the goal of
its operations: what kind of product or service it
provides, its primary customers or market, and its
geographical region of operation.

VISION
A public declaration that organizations
use to describe their high-level goals for
the future- what they hope to achieve if
they successfully fulfill their
organizational purpose or mission.
GOALS
are specific accomplishments that must be
accomplished in total, in order to achieve some
larger, overall result preferred from the system.
EXAMPLE: The mission of an organization.

STRATEGIES OR ACTIVITIES
A public declaration that organizations use to
describe their high-level goals for the future-
what they hope to achieve if they successfully
fulfill their organizational purpose or mission.
OBJECTIVES
are specific accomplishments that must be
accomplished in total, or in some combination,
to achieve the goals in the plan.
are usually "milestones" along the way when
implementing the strategies.

EXAMPLE: The organizations objective for the

clients, services, personnel resources, financial
resources and community responsibilities.

constraints imposed on the organization by
society in general;
2.Organizational, that is, consideration of the
organization as a system;
3.Individual, that is, the goals of the
