I often eat out rather than prepare meals at home in a week because
I am so occupied with my job and study. However, at weekend I am
keen on spending time with my family to enjoy ……food.

I am crazy about this meal for several reasons.

• Firstly, I think it is … (nutritious)
It provides me with all sorts of daily essential nutrition, such as

and makes me worry-free regarding weigh gain.
• Most importantly, It is a meal that my mom cooks it with loads of
love and care.
