Active Directory Federation

• Active Directory Federation services (AD FS) is a software developed by Microsoft


to run on window server operating systems.
 AD FS is a feature that allows sharing of sensitive data outside a company network.
• Active Directory Federation services mainly focuses on enabling access to
frameworks and applications that utilizes CBA(claim based access) authorization to
maintain application.
• Active Directory Federation also supports Web single-sign-on that aids in the
advancement of data innovation(IT) associations groups over organization limits.
• Active Directory FS. 2.0 is a downloadable Windows Server that is a successor of
ADFS 1.0, and which was a server part in the Windows Server 2008.

utilization strategies which stay with the data, despite where its is moved.
 AD RMS could be used to anticipate crucial data such as clients information and secret
