Suicide
People commit suicide because of mental disorders also
because of problems and stress.
Suicide Facts
● Over 50% of all suicides are completed with a firearm
● 1 person commits suicide every 16.2 minutes.
Statistics
● Suicide was the 12th leading cause of death for
Hispanics and the 3rd leading cause of death for
Hispanic males ages 15 to 34.
● 34,598 suicides happen annually
Impact on Quality of life
People

● Lonely for them problems.


● Fatigue
● Confusion .

Community

● Failure because a person they loved felt unloved


and committed suicide.
● Extreme guilt for not preventing the suicide.
