don’t know. This app allows you to link up to others that use the app and
share your success stories, failures and even your favorite running spots.
 It connects you to the outside world and allows you to communicate with
others trying to achieve the same goals as you.

 Fitness has became highly popular and with the social media boom this
app helps users do both. Workout and share, this social media helps users
get their weight under control while giving them a sense of
accomplishment while doing so.

Would you use it? Why or why not?

 I actually do use this app, so does my wife. It’s a great app to have to
help motivate yourself and be healthier. After we get done running there
is a way to upload your results and share with others who are in your same
fitness level, this also keeps your competitive spirits alive to better yourself.
