BUILDING

SELF - ESTEEM
SELF- ESTEEM
Is the acceptance of ourselves for who and what we are. It
is associated with the belief that we are worthwhile, capable
and useful no matter what happened in our life.
It is the foundation of productive personality development.
It is fragile, easily destroyed, and in need of constant renewal.

the recipient as well as the giver.
FACE YOUR PROBLEMS

Facing your problem increases your confidence.

• KNOW WHAT YOU WANT AND ASK FOR IT

You deserve your dreams to come true. Set realistic goals and
practical ones. If you set unrealistic goals you will only meet
failure. This will lead to frustration. Set reachable goals, as
they will give you a feeling of success that will help you to reach
more difficult goals later.
• FORGET YOUR FAILURES

Avoid making the same mistakes

again but don’t limit yourself by
assuming you failed before so
you can’t succeed this time. Try
again. You’re wiser and stronger.
Don’t be trapped in the past.
DO GOOD THINGS
Do good deed for someone everyday without telling anybody.

LOVE YOURSELF
If you have done something good reward yourself. Learn to take
compliments and be positive. Remember, what you think of
yourself will affect what you feel for others.
