and a poor self-concept.
STRENGTHENING SELF-ESTEEM
You deserve your dreams to come true. Set realistic goals and
practical ones. If you set unrealistic goals you will only meet
failure. This will lead to frustration. Set reachable goals, as
they will give you a feeling of success that will help you to reach
more difficult goals later.

If you have done something good reward yourself. Learn to take
compliments and be positive. Remember, what you think of
