INTRODUCTION

A bank account is a financial account maintained by a bank for a

customer. A bank account can be a deposit account, a credit card
account, a current account, or any other type of account offered
by a financial institution, and represents the funds that a
customer has entrusted to the financial institution and from
which the customer can make withdrawals.
PROBLEM TO BE DISCUSS

 Problem Description: Taking deposits from their customers and

issuing current or checking accounts and savings accounts to individual
and business.

 Solution of These Problems: Application is based on various features

any user can opportunity to communicate with department member for
that a user can get his requirement easily.
PROJECT CATEGORY

Database oriented: Database design is a process

of producing a detailed data model of a database.

Web designing oriented: Web page design is

a process conceptualization, Planning,
modeling and execution of electronic
media.
FEASIBILITY STUDY
 Technical feasibility: based on an outline design of system
requirements in terms of input , process, output fields, programs
and procedure. Can be quantified in terms of volumes of data,
trends, frequency of updating etc.

 Financial feasibility : is also said as economic analysis, i.e,

the most frequently used method for evaluating the
effectiveness of a new system.

 Operational feasibility :Is a measure of how well a proposed

system solves the problems, and takes advantages of the
opportunities identified during scope definition .
SOFTWARE PARADIGM USED
 Requirement Analysis And Design: gathers the requirement for the
system. This stage includes a details study of the business need of the
organization.

 Implementation: In this phase the designs are translated into code.

 Testing : In this phase the system is tested. Normally programs are

written s a series of individual modules, these subject to separate and
details test.

Maintenance: the system will need maintenance. Software will definitely

undergo change once it is deliver to the customer.
HARDWARE & SOFTWARE

 Hardware Requirements: such as RAM, hard disk , color

monitor, Independent software.

 Software Requirements: window 7/8/10, DEV C++/Code blocks, Ms

word/2007/10/16.

 Technology Used: Dev-C++ is a free full-featured integrated

development environment (IDE) distributed under the GNU
General Public License for programming in C and C++.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
 Administrator: Is the authority of this application. He has the
power in every respect like (view employee, customers, and
transaction details, also he can create new account, can enter
new employee details, make transaction of the account when
necessary).

 Customer: Can login to this application through their valid a/c

no. and password. He has the power respects to view his profile.
Can change his password and can view his transaction details.
He has the privilege to edit his information like change of
address and phone no.
TOOLS/PLATFROM
Tools are required to help for developing any software packages, So there are
various tools we used are:-
 DFD, ERD for analysis .

 Structure Chart, Modular Design for designing.

 software tools like Dev C++ for developing the package.

Microsoft Office Word is used for documentation.

The software run on Windows.

Microsoft paint was used to draw the diagram.

REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS
 It is the process of determining user expectations for a new or modified product. These
features, called requirements, must be quantifiable, relevant and detailed.

 Requirements analysis involves frequent communication with system users to determine

specific feature expectations, resolution of conflict or ambiguity in requirements as demanded
by the various users or groups of users

 This part consist of General Description (giving full knowledge about the software), Data flow
diagram (maps out the flow of information for any process or system. It uses to defined
symbols like rectangle , circle and arrow, plus short text labels, to show data inputs, outputs,
storage points and the roots between each destination), Performance requirements( Response
time, Work Load , scalability, platform)

TESTING
At the end of making a software we need to test weather it is working properly or not. So for this
we have gone through certain test are:-

Unit Testing:- refers to tests that verify the functionality of a specific section of code, usually at
the function level
Black Box Testing:- is a software testing method where testers are not required to know coding or
internal structure of the software. In other languages you can say how a lay man can use the
software.
White Box Testing:- is conducted to test program and its implementation, in order to improve
code efficiency or structure
Integration Testing:- is even if the units of software are working fine individual , there is a need to
find out if the units if integrated together would also work without errors. For example, argument
passing and data updation etc.
System Testing:- The software is compiled as product and then it is tested as a whole like
(functioning properly or not, performing properly or not).
BENEFITS OF THE PROJECT

 Provide user according to user requirements.

 It can be ported to any company if the business policies
remain same.
 It realise the work load of a person.
 It reduces time.
CONCLUSION

 The project has been appreciated by all the users in the organization.
 It is easy to use , since it was the GUI provided in the user dialog.
 User friendly screens are provided.
 The uses of software increases the efficiency , decrease the effort.
 It has been thoroughly tested and implemented.
