P:Yes of course I am Susan
N: How old are you?
N: I am 17 years old
N: Ok Susan. How are you feeling today?
P: I have stomachache and keep vomiting all the time
N: How long have you felt like this?
P: Nearly two days. It started just before going to bed the day before
yesterday
N: Let me examine you. I will press on your stomach to see if it hurts
and then check your heart beat
