Unbalanced diet:
 Consuming food that contains too much
carbohydrates and fats can lead to obesity.

 Furthermore, imbalance food consumption increases


the risk of getting diseases such as high blood
pressure, diabetes, and cardiac arrest.

 Consuming to little food or non-nutrious food will


cause malnutrition disease or kwashiorkor.

 This disease interferes the growth of the children.


Smoking:
 Smoke from cigarettes contains harmful substance
such as nicotine and carbon monoxide, which can
cause lung cancer.

 Tar damaged and blackens the lungs tissues.


Damaged lungs cannot function properly.
 Nicotine and carbon monoxide also increase the
heart rate and blood pressure. This can cause heart
attacks and strokes.

 Smoking also causes addiction, bad breath, stained


teeth.

 Smoke from cigarettes is harmful to others. Smoke


from cigarettes can also pollute the air in our
environment.

Sniffing glue:
 Glue contains solvent such as toluene and
trichloroethylene that can interfere the function of
heart.

 The toxic solvent substances can cause unstable


heartbeat and irregular blood circulation, which
eventually lead to death.

 The negative effect:


1. Dizziness Harm our health and delay our
responses toward stimuli
2. Hallucination
3. Loss of coordination.
