     The preparation of chess coin helps ous to learn about the


    knowledge of lathe process
     Lathe process used in chess coin are eccentric turning and groove
    cutting process
     Metal joining process used here is welding process
     The operation done in chess coin where,
    -facing
    -turning
    -eccentric
    INTRODUCTION

     To perform eccentric turning and groove cutting operation on a


    given cylindrical work piece by using lathe
     During this process we can learn facing, turning, drilling, parting,
    grooving, welding , sheet metel cutting , bending
    WORKING

     The given work piece is checked for its dimensions by using


    measuring devices
     Check the center of the job using marking gauge
     Switch ON the lathe and do the facing operation on the side of
    the job
     Do facing operation on the other side
     Finally,the dimensions and shape of the work piece are checked
    PROJECT RELEATED TO SUBJECT

     In this project we can learn lots of thing about lathe and metal
    joining process
     Such as taper turning, eccentric turing, groove cutting, cutting
    force, shaping and slotting machine
    ADVANTAGES

     In this project , we can develop our knowledge and manufacturing


    skills
     This project is the basic of lathe process
     During this project we all are learn about manufacturing subject
    syllabus and also how is it in applicable in social life
     And also it is used for playing chess
    CONCLUSION

     Our project is made with pre planning . Its just a imagination project
    and our’s creation
     This innovation is made the more desirable and economical.
     This project is very useful to know our subject is when and where
    applicable
     Thanks to give the opportunity for us and if any errors occur , we’ll
