• Computation of General Average, DepEd Order No. 8, s. 2016, entitled Policy
Guidelines Classroom Assessment for the K to12 BEC must be observed

• DepEd Order No. 14, s. 2016, updating the End of the School Year (EOSY) Status
Learning Profiles: PROMOTED, CONDITIONALLY PROMOTED, RETAINED and
NO LONGER IN SCHOOL (NLS)

• Awarding of Honors to learners from Grades 1 to 12, DepEd shall follow the
guidelines in DepEd Order No. 36, s. 2016, entitled Policy Guidelines on Awards
and Recognition for the K to 12 Basic Education Program

• The Preparation, Updating and Evaluation of SCHOOL FORMS shall follow the
DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2018, entitled Guidelines on the Preparation and
Checking of School Forms

• The Standard, Processes and Protocols on the request and release of Learners’
SF10 Learners’ Permanent Record shall follow DepEd Order No. 54, s. 2016 on
the Guidelines on the Transfer of Learners’ School Records.

 Important Dates to Remember
• The summer/remedial classes for CONDITIONALLY
PROMOTED STUDENTS shall begin on Monday, April 15, 2019
and end on Friday, May 24, 2019.

• BRIGADA ESKWELA from May 13 to 17, 2019 to enable the

community and the school to prepare their facilities before the
start of another school year.

• OPLAN BALIK ESKWELA from May 20 to May 31, 2019 to

facilitate the enrolment of learners.

• In-Service Training (INSET) activities for teachers from May

27 to May 31, 2019, a week before the opening of classes.
