Section 11: Management and Administration

appropriated out of the funds in
the National Treasury.
Section 18: Transitory Provisions

have the authority to

Section 19: Repealing Clause
All orders which are
inconsistent with the
provisions of this Act are
repealed/ annulled.
Section20: Separability Clause
In the event that one or more
provisions are declared void,
the remaining provisions shall
still be in effect.
Section 21: Effectivity
This Act shall take effect
upon its approval.
