Background
● The people at the first baptist church saw that people in our community
are going hungry and they chose to do something about it
● The people at that church have very kind hearts and have all been
through life and its terrors so they now try to help other people going
through it.
Effects
● I personally know a lot of homeless people in Vacaville and some of them
know about the food pantry and share the food they get with their peers.
● There is somewhere safe and clean for the less fortunate to get food for
themselves
● Everyone is welcome and all things are left at the door the inside is
peaceful
My opinion
I got to know a lot of the food administrators and the people who are in need,
they are all humble people just trying to get by, trying to be happy and help
themselves and others it humbled me I wouldn't want to be on the other side
of that table. They don't care about your background or religion they only care
about you being healthy and your family being healthy and fed. Goal is just
help as many people as they can.
