Problem Statement:

Main objective for this project is to develop


an automated system that eases a Logistic
Company in maintaining records and handling
transactions. As previously it was managed
manually, which was not cost and time
effective.
PROJECT GOAL:

Setting up a system which keeps a track of


all the vehicles and manages their
maintenance records. Also to handle
employee information as well as having an
inventory management for spare parts. Lastly,
a point of sales system for fuel and tyres.
Objectives :
 Collection of all information regarding vehicles
and their maintenances.
 Understanding the roles of different
departments of the company.
 Designing a user interactive interface of
application.
 Creation of an efficient algorithm that has
tracking services, route optimization and fuel
accountability features in it.
 Achieve maximum functionalities that are
cost and time effective.
Scope :
 Can manage vehicles and their maintenance
records.
 Includes vehicles, goods, fuel and drivers
tracking.
 Can manage inventory of spare parts.
 Can manage all financial and employee
records.
 Can manage tyre services ( point of sales
system ).
 All information of licenses will be managed by
a system including scanned copies as
verification .
 Will not cater point of sales system for fuel
