Conclusion
Bank alfalah being a leading bank and a newly transformed bank seems to have a wider
array of responsibilities on it when it comes to flourishment of the bank. With new
identity it has numerous areas to explore, it has wide range of opportunities available
at its disposal, but the sudden change in leadership is also a big question mark on the
credibility of change being implemented. It is currently engaged in wide activities
which are giving it a positive image in the country and the industry but is everything
bringing a yield? A grey area for Bank Alfalah to explore, and a threat that can be taken
advantage off. Overall the bank is in a good position a bank can be in, but will it
maintain its mark to be one in the near future, with a strategic and leadership change
simultaneously? Only Time can give an answer to that.
