INTRODUCTION
• I am working as a Sales coordinator in Diya Gas since
Nov.17.
• Before joining Diya Gas I was working in Sadhana
Enterprises in Varanasi for 5 years as an accountant
as well as handling counter sales.
• I have completed my MBA from SMU university .
• I have completed my graduation from MGKVP.
• I have total experience of 6 years in sales and
accounts.
VALUABLE TIME WITH DIYA GAS

• While working with Diya Gas I gain knowledge


and understanding about the LPG sector.
• Now I feel more confident while interacting
with clients for the new dealership proposal.
ACHIEVEMENTS DURING THE PERIOD

• Gained sales experience in LPG sector from


Diya Gas.
• Within 6 months, I have made 4 new dealers
for the company from the region of West
Bengal, Himachal, Karnal & Panipat and some
clients are also interested for the meeting for
new dealership.
DIFFICULTIES IN THE MARKET

• In new dealership, I face subsidy issue in


domestic segment .
• Security amount challenge.
• Company brand value in the market.
TARGETS FOR NEXT 3 MONTHS
• I will add two more dealers in next three
months.
• I will gain some more insights about the LPG
sector.
EXPECTATION FROM DIYA GAS

• Improve the management system.


• Holidays calendar to be there.
• Salary date.
• Incentive criteria and payment.
• Lacking with systems to work with.
