 Mystery Shopping Survey
• Initial Mystery shopping survey on RIOS Shops in order to get a professional third party
analysis on our strengths & weaknesses.
• Behavior of staff, their information about products can be analyzed by mystery
shopping.
• The mystery shopper acts like a regular consumer and performs tasks like asking
questions, submitting complaints, or simply completing a purchase like they normally
would. They would then provide feedback or write reports detailing their experience
with the retailer.
• Proper videos and pictures will be recorded by hidden cameras & will be shared by the
agency.
• Survey should be kept confidential unless we have the final report.
• Final report to be shared with all departments & mystery shopping surveys to be
repeated quarterly or semi-annually.
 Cross-Promotions on Social Media
• Cross-promotions should be done weekly on the Social Media accounts of Fortress
Square Mall, Packages Mall, HKB & Metro.
• Separate posts should be designed and sent to relevant point of contact in above malls
& stores.
• Minimum 1 post per week should be shared highlighting the products/promotions.

 SMS Marketing & Campaigns
•The more you can connect, the more you build loyalty,
•Real Time Capturing of Customer’s Data (Mobile Numbers in Remarks Section
of POS)
•This Data should be used to communicate with customers regularly via SMS
Marketing (Two-Way Short Code) OR Facebook Boosting/Targetting.
•Example # 1: “Did you shop at RIOS, Fortress Square Mall? If you did, were
you able to find the products you wanted?”
•Example # 2: “Show This SMS at Any RIOS Shop & Avail 40% OFF on Cosmetics
& Lingerie”
 Social Media Presence
• Social Media presence of RIOS should be boosted via Facebook &
Instagram primarily and Twitter, YouTube secondarily.
• Social Media of RIOS Should promote the Retail Brand & Stores instead of
Online Shopping.
• RIOS Website should also promote the brand/promotions instead of
online shopping
• For Online Shopping the customers should be redirected to Rivaj Uk &
Am’rij Websites.
Suggestions
 Digital PR Activity with Bloggers & MUA
• Prepare a list of influencers, famous bloggers & makeup artists having good followings
on social media.
• Send them some products and ask them to write a reviews/tutorials about it on their
social media platforms.
• This will boost our brand’s image and can help us to create awareness among the
followers of these bloggers & MUA.
• On-Going Activity throughout the year.

 “Girl’s Day Out” In-Store PR Activity


• A PR Event at Fortress Square/Packages Mall/Y-Block outlet.
• Engage a PR Agency
• Invite famous bloggers, influencers & socialites by sending them an invitation card and
giveaways.
• On Event day, introduce our brand/products to them. Offer them free makeup services
& trials.
• Ask them to post about our brand & products on social media & write blogs about it.
• Pictures of event will be shared in magazines & social media with our hash tags #RIOS
#RIOSBYSJS #RIVAJUK
Suggestions
 Celebrate National & International Days
• Roll out some promotions on all national & international days.
• Social Media posts on all national & international days wishing customers.
• SMS to database on national & international days.
• Example: Celebrate Valentine’s Day, Shop for your loved ones & get a FREE Valentine
Day Card/Gift from RIOS.

 Annual Shopping Festival


• Once a year RIOS should organize an Annual Shopping Festival across all its outlets.
• Shop for Rs. 1500 (or any other amount, which shouldn’t be less than the ABV/ATS) &
Get a Chance Win a Bumper Prize.
• Bumper Prize can be an Air Ticket to Dubai or Turkey, A Sponsored Trip to Northern
Areas of Pakistan, Home & Electronic Appliances etc.
• Winner(s) will be selected through Live Lucky Draw held at Fortress Square Mall or
Packages Mall.

 Store’s Atmosphere
• We should keep changing the product assortment & layout of store wherever it is
possible.
• Customers should feel something new every time they enter the store.
