INVENTION- TANYA HEATH( PARIS) • Tanya heath created the world’s first multi-height shoe with removable heels for professional women . • 3 collections- The Power line- pumps (day to night use) The Liberty collection- Parisian Chic The Seduction collection - night outs and wedding. • CLIPPING AND UNCLIPPING MECHANISM- heel is slid into the shoe it is locked into place, and at the press of the button, the heel can be released and slid out of place. COMPONENTS • Top & bottom component having a back section. • Middle, a front and an upper section for encompassing a foot. • The top & bottom component having an underside shape and contour. • two separate connect mechanisms • At least one locking mechanism. MATERIALS USED • Raw material- plastic, leather, wood, fabric, animal hides, paper (for patterns and labels) • various cements and glues, depending on the component materials. • Nails, screw nails, and tacks are used to hold fabric or leather in place and to attach heels to the shank of the shoe. • Fabric and feathers, tree branches and sequins, faux pearls, and genuine diamonds have all been used to decorate high heels.
