I took the approach of starting within the
system I currently lead to dig deeper into data
to determine root causes and develop an
action plan. My hope/goal is that my results
give reason to further my action plan into the
“bigger” system.

to determine if we are following through with our action steps, leading to higher %
of students feeling like others treat them well.
