Social cohesion can be seen as a phenomenon
that allows worker’s willingness to cooperate and
support each other under existing norms

Cohesion refers to a state of strong primary


networks at industry level’

Absence of general conflict is a significant


characteristic of a cohesive society

Social cohesion as an independent variable as it


produce outcomes such as economic benefits,
well beings etc. for a industry succession.
Cohesion implies two distinct dimensions of
outcomes:

1. reducing disparities (gap among workers,


employees and owner of the industry), inequality
in the factory.

2. an strengthening bonds, links and interactions


of worker with supervisor and owner of industry

 the latter including the components of social


capital.
