 Tools Required

 Allen-key - 1set
 D-spanner(12/13) – 1no.
 Ring Spanner(12/13) –
1no.
 Screw Driver kit
 Tester -1no.
 Multimeter – 1no.

 Rectifier, Brake coil with pressure
plate & steel plate.

 First of all fitted the steel plate.

 After that fitted the Disc brake and
then brake coil with Pressure
plate.

 Now fully tight the allen-key bolt of
brake coil and keep the inside
nuts free.

 After fully tight slightly loose the allen-key
bolts and maintain 0.4 mm gap (with
thickness gauge) between brake coil and
pressure plate. After that fully tight the lock
nuts towards motor side with spanner.

 Done electrical connection of
brake coil with rectifier
the connection are as follow :
1. two red wires for A/c input
2. next two 1.5mm wire for switching from 4k4
contactor.
3. 0.5mm two wires are output to the brake coil
(Brown is + & Blue is - )
