• “A player is in an off-side
position if he is nearer to the
goal post than the ball and the
second last opponent.”

1. Playing, touching the ball passed by a team-mate

2. Hindering opponent play the ball by obstructing the opponent’s vision
3. Gaining an advantage by playing the ball or interfering with an opponent when
it has:
“rebounded off the goalpost, match official or an opponent”
