Hi! My Name is Mrs. Jamey Katen. I will be

your child’s 4th grade ELA teacher for the
2019-2020 school year. I have taught 2nd, 3rd,
and 4th grade throughout the years. This will
be my seventth year at HDE and my 17th year
teaching. I am excited to make this the best
year yet!

My husband, Kevin, and I moved to North Carolina
