    CBT Monitoring Tools

    Progress Chart
    • This tool monitors the L.O. and competencies achieved
    by each trainee.
    Achievement Chart
    • Used to monitoring of the required projects and
    activities usually in the job sheet of the CBLM. It
    monitors the daily accomplishments of the trainee.
    Trainees Record Book
    • Monitoring tool for trainees used in On-the-Job Training.
    You should kept that but the supervisor must sign every
    accomplishment that you have.
    Trainees Progress Sheet
    • A monitoring sheet for industry training. It is kept by the
    industry coordinator.
    • Used when a supervisor visit the trainee in the work.
