OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE

IMPLEMENTATION OF PROGRAM FOR


ENR REHABILITATION, RESTORATION
AND DEVELOPMENT (PRDD)
PROVINCE OF CAVITE
PRRD MEASURES Strategies and Applicable Actions
1. Maximize deployment of Extension Officers are being deployed to

4. Strengthen working The FLUP Focal Person is constantly only

creation of the TWG is going to be signed soon
by the Municipal Mayor for the preparation

5. Initiate market Tilapia caged culture in the province were all
engagements on specific dismantled due to navigation hindrances. Non-
commodities like charcoal, chemical vegetables technology are being
tilapia-caged culture, practiced in eleven (11) municipalities namely:
furniture, non-chemical General Emilio Aguinaldo, Tanza, Magallanes,
vegetables Indang, Mendez, Silang, Amadeo, Alfonso,
Naic, Imus and Gen. Trias.

6. Enhance data There are only two active People’s Organization in the
base on Partner Province, and these are Ramirez Upland Farmers
PO’s, CBFMA’s, Association, Inc. and Malayang Samahan sa Mts.
PACBRMA’s, etc. Palay-palay. RUFAI has twenty five (25) active
members, twenty one of them are male while the
remaining four (4) are female. On the other hand,
Malayang Samahan has eight (8) male participants.
Most of the crops planted by RUFAI members include
banana, jackfruit, citrus, guyabano, mango coconut,
chili, cashew, calamansi, lukban, ube, black pepper,
rambutan, bamboo, narra and mahogany. Conversely,
Malayang Samahan developed their farm lots by
planting coconut, coffee, pepper, papaya, pineapple,
rambutan, guyabano, calamansi, avocado, banana,
jackfruit, achuete, marang, tomato, chili, ginger, corn,
mangosteen, cashew, santol, suha, dalandan,
rambutan, santones, rice, lansones, cacao,rimas,
cassava, sitaw, okra and egg plant.

7. Intensify revenue collections Mts. Palay-palay/Mataas na Gulod
in PA management Protected Landscape is closed to public
especially ecotourism since October 1, 2016 per PAMB Resolution
activities No. 14-S-2016 dated August 22, 2016 to give
way to the on-going rehabilitation and
conservation activities. Reopening to the
public is yet to be decided until all the
rehabilitation projects are completed.
Hence, no revenue collection as of this
date.

9. Assess the system in • Support of legal counsel is necessary to
