Ingredients: 2. HAM 3. LETTUCE
1.BREAD
4. MAYONNAISE 5. CHEESE
Tools and Materials:
•Rolling pin
•Bread Knife
•Toothpick
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
•Always wear complete laboratory outfit.
•Wash your hands before doing the
laboratory.
•Always sanitize the tools and utensils
•Keep finger nails short and clean
•Use the right tools for the right job.
Procedure:
1. Assemble bread,
toppings and spread
2. Remove
the crusts
from the
bread.
3. Flatten
pieces of
bread with
rolling pin.
Roll once or
twice.
4. Spread or
place
toppings on
each slice of
bread
5. With two
hands, roll up
each slice to
create the
pinwheel.
6. Slice them ½ Inch
thick and fasten with
toothpicks before
serving on platters
with pieces of fruit or
salad vegetables
artfully displayed
7. Ready to serve.
