 We are committed crew manning agents. This commitment is reflected on below factors:
 QSC Group as a whole (including all its global network) is the first crew manning accredited for Licence for Engagement
of Seafarers in Pakistan and MLC Compliance 2006.

 QSC Group is affiliated with different seafarer maritime training center. This allows us to be certain about the skill set of
each individual crew member, schedule and complete training requirement before embarkation of crew members.

 The maintenance of long-term relationships with trusted Principals is our proof of dedicated personnel services and an
unconditional ethos of transparency in all aspects of the crew manning process. Under this scheme, QSC Group
assumes the responsibility -based on Principal’s crew-related request- to identify, select, propose, recruit, train and
eventually provide fully competent crew, maintain this crew pool, and establish a fine balance between Principals’
pressing needs and Seafarers’ career expectations.

 MANNING SECTION

 We are holding valid MANNING LICENCE, so issued by Ministry of Ports & Shipping, Government of Pakistan for
the supply of seafarers to our FOREIGN PRINCIPALS, Also we are certified ISO 9001:2008 & MLC 2006 by Lloyd’s
Registry.

 OUR MANNING SECTION:

• Our MANNING SECTION is headed by MASTER MARINERS whom possess long and outstanding experience in
operation and management services with different Ship Owners (worldwide). Other aiding staffs are
professional expertise and possess qualification and experience in their respective skill jobs.

• Our MANNING SECTION is fully equipped to serve and cater the requirement of our foreign Principals.
• Our MANNING SECTION is operated by senior Mariners with long experience in Ship management, crew
handling and other shipping related activities. New applicants are interviewed and vetted by our experienced
Master Mariners and Engineers and upon satisfactory approval, candidate qualify to be proposed to our Clients
if he comply according to Company’s selection criteria.

• We are associated with several training institutes where various courses are arranged including STCW 95
requirements, Marine Environmental and Pollution Course, Command Control Course, Ship Security Course etc.

• The Senior Officers on our books are fully cognizant with ISM Code, ISPS Code, PSC Inspection Requirements,
Flag State Inspection Requirements and various other Safety and Marine Environmental Protection
Management Systems which are now a part and parcel of the Shipping Industry, formulated and implemented
to improve the working conditions, safety culture and protect the environment against the pollution.
 SERVICES

 As manning agents, we ensure below points before embarkation of crew for joining vessel:

• Recruitment of officers and engineers as per Owner’s selection criteria.

• Verification of their ability, competency and service record from the fleet personnel manager of their
previously served companies.
• Ensuring that their certification, qualification, competency and training meets the requirements of latest
STCW95 conventions and that they are fully qualified, certified, experienced and well conversant in the
position or rank they are hired.
• Proper medical examination including ECG, Ultrasound, Blood and Urine Analysis, Drug and Alcohol testing
by an certified laboratory, recommended by the company medical officer.
• Ensuring that all officers must have all valid documents in their possession before they leave their
homeport to join any vessel.
• Arrangement of visas, Ok To Board or any other requirement, via prompt communication with the local
shipping agents of the vessel which may be demanded by the local immigration authorities, for the joining
crew, where required.
• Government Shipping Office sign on/off formalities including obtaining, of “No Objection Certificates”,
articles of agreement, in order that the proposed crew can exit his country of origin without hindrance.
• Arrangement of fast, cheapest and most direct flight schedules, through reliable travel agencies, for the
joining of all our officers, at the desired destination.
• Liaison with local agents regarding flight schedule and other necessary details to complete pre-arrival
formalities with the immigration authorities, of subject vessel.

 Company Policies:
 The following extracts from our Quality Management System Manual.

“Quality Management”
 The company seeks to enhance customer satisfaction by identifying and complying with all applicable statutory
and regulatory requirements,
 Carefully selecting, monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators,
 Continually improving the effectiveness of its quality management system by regularly reviewing its policies,
objectives and procedures and revising them as appropriate.

“Occupational Health and Safety Management”

 The health and safety of employees or any other people must not be put at unnecessary risk. Regular analysis
of all health and safety relevant information, crew inspections and preventive upgrading and training measures
for office and shipboard personnel are aimed at minimizing the possibility of accidents. The company's Drug
and Alcohol Policy shall prevent drug and alcohol abuse. Should accidents occur despite all these efforts,
emergency prepared and contingency planning shall ensure to minimize any loss of life, injuries or damage.

All employees shall be actively involved in the implementation of the above policies. The company's quality
management system as described in the quality manual shall be the tool to achieve our objectives.
 FEES & EXPENSES

• Lump sum payment for each officer’s/rating medical expenses.

• Recruitment fees for each officers/rating joining vessel.

• Fees for Shipping Office sign on / off and No Objection Certificate from the Government Shipping Office.

• Retainer fee per month, or pro-rata basis, for each officer/rating.

• Fees for handling / collection of PTA/Taxes if any.

• Air tickets, if arranged locally, are charged at actual cost.

• All other expenses including courier expenses, uniforms, boiler suits, safety shoes, visa fees, travel
expenses for collecting visas and/or air tickets are charged at actual or if mutually agreed can be
reimbursed by Master after joining, upon production of original invoices.

• We do not take any amount or gifts from our joining candidates, and its very known in Shipping Market.
